This guide explains how to navigate and utilize the client portal. It covers various features such as managing contacts, editing company details, complying with GDPR, uploading files, tracking projects, viewing invoices, and managing support tickets, etc.
1. Navigate to https://portal.itbros.gg/
Click "Login"
2. Login to your account
3. Here is a quick overview of everything on your account from Tickets to, projects, invoices and any announcements we post. These are all clickable links!
4. The left menu is your Navigation menu! Click "Invoices"
5. Here you can see your Invoices! Click one to view it.
6. Click "Pay" at the top of an invoice to pay it!
7. Click "Tickets" to view your tickets with us!
8. Click a Ticket to view it.
9. Click the "Write a comment..." field to add a reply to the ticket.
10. Click "Post Comment" to send reply
11. Click "Password manager" Here is where you can find and store passwords we may need from you or ones we share to you!
12. Click Projects Here is where all our open project with you can be found.
Click into a project to view more.
13. Click "Messages" Her you can live msg staff. Click Compose
14. Click a Team Member
15. Click "Send" once done
16. On the bottom right of any page you can also open the chat and view them!

18. Announcements is where we will post any updates or changes on our end or issues.
19. Click "Users"
20. Click "Send invitation" to invite a staff member or person to your ITB Portal.
21. Click the "Can access everything" to give them full access.
22. Click "Access Only" to set what they can access.

24. Click "Files" Here you can upload files we may need or ones we add for you will be found here.
25. Click "My Profile" Here you can adjust the company information and account settings.
